It’s Never Too Late!

Week 2. 

Let’s kick this off!

I am going to say this right now. I’m going to look buff in 4 weeks and I’ll have a six pack. Now as a 40+ year old man, I personally feel that this is going to be a bit tricky!

But certainly not impossible. It is doable through careful research and planning.

I would start off by choosing a day to kick start the healthy lifestyle and guess what, I’m going to push out the barrel and say today – the 20th of March.

The plan of attack:

  1. Training sessions – every Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
  2. Mornings is best for me allowing myself a 2 hour workout.
  3. Varied excises include weights and stomach excises.
  4. Eating healthier through a more varied diet including meat and fish.

As listed above the desired results with a realistic timeframe are achievable. 

I would also ensure that I had a visual diary to reflect on my progress and a downloadable App to monitor the excises and my eating habits over the 4 weeks. 

 

A well-balanced lifestyle = A happier life!

Whenever your taking on new things and making changes in your life, always remember the other important factors in your life.

  1. Family and friends.
  2. Work.
  3. Other interests and hobbies.
  4. Life partner.

By breaking down exactly what we want and giving ourselves the right amount of time. It will be achievable and sustainable. Please don’t beat yourself up when things don’t pan out the way you want. Learn from it and then move on from it. In my own experience, its best to accept what has happened and then bring some positivity to the situation by simply saying

“Can’t change what has happened, but I can control what happens next”
