See You Later Alligator!
With the hard months of January and February already behind you, you can now start to refocus your energy on the rest of the year. With every year, the expectation is always high and a willingness to do better is at the forefront of your mind.
You do feel mildly satisfied as you look over your financials, as it looks a lot healthier than it did at the beginning of the year! As the unwanted credit card bills relating to your spending spree over the festive holidays are now a distant memory. This allows a moment of reflection and time to look ahead towards the remaining 10 months of the year.
Feeling relaxed and more settled you start piecing together your next move. The New Years Resolutions start to take shape. You embrace the list with much optimism and it looks something a little like this:

- Buy a house
- Start a family
- Travel more
Now I’m not telling you how to suck eggs, but:
Anything is possible when you’ve given yourself a realistic timeframe.
It is so important to put in place ways to measure your success. Otherwise, you will fall short of your goal, which will leave you demoralized and good old self defeat will certainly start to creep in and we definitely do not want that!
